Matthew Filing

Matt is a Producer serving clients with complex employee benefits, insurance and risk management issues. His core responsibilities include developing and expanding client relationships, advising on strategy and leading teams of service professionals.
Matt brings more than 20 years of experience in the employee benefits, insurance and risk management consulting field. Originally with Lockton as an Account Manager from 1999 to 2003, he returned to this dynamic organization as a Producer. He is a client advocate and relationship manager who is heavily involved in guiding the overall strategic direction of clients’ insurance programs. Prior to rejoining Lockton, Matt spent time as a Producer for national insurance broker Hays Companies and local insurance agency Goodman Gravley.
